Secretary & Generator Install/Maintenance/Service Manager
Jackson Superior Electric

Meghan Jordan brings deep experience, heart, and a strong sense of purpose to her role at Jackson Superior Electric. As the company’s Secretary and Generator Install/Maintenance/Service Manager, she oversees scheduling and coordination for all generator services, walks homeowners and builders through lighting and electrical layouts, pulls permits, manages office operations, and supports day-to-day needs wherever she’s needed.

Having grown up in the business as the daughter of founder Dan Jackson, Meghan first joined the team in the early 2000s and returned six years ago after taking time to raise her family. Her approach is shaped by the values at the core of the family legacy—integrity, relationships, and quality craftsmanship. She is known for her strong people skills, clear communication, and commitment to safety and excellence on every project.

In addition to her work with Jackson Superior Electric, Meghan is an elected member of the Franklin County School Board, where she advocates for students, families, and public education in her community. Her dedication to service extends beyond the business, reflecting her commitment to making a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.

For Meghan, working in a family-owned company isn’t just about business—it’s about building something meaningful and lasting for both her family and the local community. She finds the most reward in forming genuine connections, delivering work that homeowners can trust, and maintaining the flexibility to support her family.

Outside of work, Meghan is a dedicated mom, community volunteer, and sports enthusiast who enjoys church, time at the lake, and cheering at her kids’ games. Her long-term vision is to help grow Jackson Superior Electric while staying true to the company’s roots—building a legacy based on family, integrity, and service.
