As Office Manager, she plays a pivotal role in connecting the field and office teams, supporting clients, coordinating schedules, and helping manage custom home projects from start to finish.

Mary has been with the company since its earliest days, working alongside her husband and company founder, Dan Jackson. Over the years, her leadership has helped shape the company’s strong foundation and community-focused reputation.

Her strengths in organization, budgeting, and client communication allow her to navigate complex projects with ease while ensuring that each client receives attentive, high-quality service.
